Nose: Ripe black fruit, blackberry and plum, and toasted bread assembled with spicy notes of quality oak.
Mouth: Voluminous, warm, silky. Ripe tannins give body and great structure, pleasant to drink, the mineral notes make it peculiar. Long and persistent aftertaste.
80% Tempranillo, 20% Graciano
Fermented at 26 °C after macerating cold for 2 days. Malolactic fermentation in barrel.
