Description:
Very dark crimson in the glass, the nose has deep rich macerated black fruits, almost kirsch-like. There is plenty of spice, licorice and leather as well. Layers of rich black fruits in the mouth, very juicy sensation, excellent volume. Smooth tannins and some oak components lead into a lengthy, balanced finish. This wine should evolve beautifully over the next few years, and last at least another decade.
